Choir Director

Chuck has been the OSLC choir director since September 1976.  He also teaches General Music for Grades 3 through 6 and directs the 6^th Grade Chorus, the Middle School Chorus and the High School Chorus at the Iola Scandinavia School District.

Born and raised in Peshtigo, WI he received his Bachelor of Music degree in May of 1976 and his Masters of Music Education degree in August of 1982 both from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.

 Chuck is also the fire chief and an EMT for the Iola Fire Department and Iola Ambulance Service.  He is married to Laura and they have one child Jaci, who works in the respiratory department at the Howard Young Medical Center in Minocqua, WI.

Chuck’s hobbies are amateur radio and anything related to weather and weather forcasting.
